RM2 toll for SMART tunnel use

For those who don't know, SMART stands for Stormwater Management and Road Tunnel which act as a underground expressway and "when the KL city is flooded by rain water, it suppose to drain the water out" from the city that is surrounded by higher grounds like a ravine.
